Shipping Policy

Order Processing

First - Thank you for your order - we hope you love your product as much as we do :-)   We ship orders the same business day or within 24 hours. We offer a couple of shipping options which can be selected at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. We send a confirmation email when your product is on the way. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

 Standard & Expedited Shipping

 *Standard U.S. shipping will be shown during the checkout process on the Shipping Method screen, prior to payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Saturday (Yes, we are weekend hustling girls)

 *Expedited shipping orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. Orders must be placed by 12PM PST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1- 2 business days for processing and up to 3 business days for transit.

Free Shipping

U.S.- free standard shipping is available to U.S. customers on orders $50USD or more.

Where's My Order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. If you receive your confirmation email after 1 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

If you have questions, email put “customer service” in the subject ( you are our #1 Priority)  Include your order number or order name for an even faster update 

Delivery Times

Standard orders must be placed by 1:00 PM PST  to process same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business days ( Sat is a business day for us too ) and orders will arrive within 2-5 business days from when the order is processed. Sometimes even sooner. We believe Makeup is urgent !!
