RETURN POLICY:
Katherine Cosmetics will accept a return on products purchased directly from Katherine Cosmetics.com or our Customer Service Team within 30 days of purchase if the product shows a manufacturers defect. Please contact Customer Service for more information on returning a product.
Products not purchased from Katherine Cosmetics.com or directly from our offices are not eligible for return.
NOTE: For purchases made at a retailer other than Katherine Cosmetics , please contact them directly for return policy and procedure.

If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address to Katherine Cosmetics, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that Katherine Cosmetics incurs. Free Shipping Policy:
Free USPS Ground Shipping is valid for online purchases of $59 or more within the contiguous 48 states. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on international shipments.
